Step 3 ~ All-Region Summer Camp (strongly encouraged though optional)
Suggested All-Region Camps: drive.google.com/file/d/1-4LnCo2xjb4aJ6hl_64-Px7HAqsFljhN/view?usp=sharing
It's very difficult to adequately prepare the college-level audition music without
attending an All-State camp. Get a head start by attending a summer all-region camp with renowned conductors.
Preparation must begin in the summer. The first audition is in mid-September and is not possible to adequately prepare the college-level music if you begin when school starts.
Perhaps form a group of friends to attend a camp together. In addition to learning the music,
there are fun, supervised activities.
The music is advanced. Camp participation and voice lessons greatly enhance the chance
of making the All-Region choir. There are students in area high schools who will diligently practice the music all summer.
